Snow depth measurements are based on reported data from this source, and all reports are saved and can be supplied to the client upon request.
2. Service Timing: While we make every effort to clear snow promptly, we do not guarantee specific service times. Service is subject to weather conditions and operational availability.
3. Client Responsibility: The client is responsible for ensuring that all areas requiring snow removal are accessible and free of obstructions prior to service. We are not responsible for damage to any items left in or near the snow removal area.
4. Weather Data and Documentation: All snow removal services are based on official weather reports from The Weather Network. These reports are saved and available to the client at any time upon request.
5. Liability: We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or service failures due to unforeseen weather conditions, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond our control.
